- We collect your real-time GPS location only when you mark your attendance.
- The location is used solely to verify your attendance location (e.g., office, field site, or assigned work area).
- Location tracking is not continuous and is only active during attendance marking.
c) Camera & Selfie Data
- The app requires access to your camera to capture a selfie for attendance verification.
- Captured photos are stored securely on our servers and linked to your attendance record.
d) Device Information
- Device type, OS version, and app version (for troubleshooting and analytics).
- Internet connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
2. How We Use the Information
We collect and process the above information for the following purposes:
- To verify and record employee attendance accurately.
- To ensure attendance is marked only from authorized locations.
- To prevent misuse or proxy attendance.
- To generate attendance reports and analytics for HR or management.

To function properly, the SPDTG Employee App may request the following permissions:
- Location Access (GPS): To capture your location during attendance marking.
- Camera Access: To take a selfie for attendance verification.
- Storage Access: To temporarily save captured images before upload.

All permissions are requested only for operational purposes and are not used for any other tracking or monitoring activity.
6. Your Rights
As a user, you have the right to:

- Request correction of any inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of your personal data (subject to company HR and legal policy).
- Withdraw consent for location or camera access — however, this may disable attendance marking features.

- Attendance data (location, selfie, and timestamp) is retained according to your company’s attendance and payroll policy.
- Once retention limits are reached, your data is permanently deleted from our servers.
8. Third-Party Services
The SPDTG Employee App does not include third-party ads or tracking services.
If we use any external APIs (like Google Maps for location verification), their privacy policy will apply alongside ours.
9. Children’s Privacy
This app is intended only for employees of registered organizations.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.
